Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FeedBoards ("Service", "we", "us", "our") at feedboards.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedBoards is a web-based SaaS tool that allows users to upload spreadsheet data (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets) and generate interactive dashboards. The Service includes a Google Sheets Add-on, a web application, and shareable dashboard links.

3. Accounts

3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@feedboards.com of any unauthorized use.

3.3 You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Trial Plan: The $1 one-time trial gives you access to all Pro features for 7 days with a limit of 3 dashboards. Dashboards created during the trial are public. After 7 days, your account automatically converts to the Pro plan at $19/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Pro Plan: $19 per month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited dashboards, Google Sheets live sync, private dashboards, and all Pro features as described on the pricing page.

4.3 Agency Plan: $49 per month, billed monthly. Includes all Pro features plus client workspaces, embeddable dashboards, and white-label links.

4.4 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4.5 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

4.6 All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

5.2 For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@feedboards.com within 14 days of the charge.

5.3 At our sole discretion, we may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload data you do not have the legal right to use or share
• Upload data containing personal health information (HIPAA-protected), government identification numbers, payment card data (PCI-DSS), or any data that would be illegal to process in your jurisdiction
• Generate dashboards for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Share dashboards containing illegal, harmful, defamatory, or harassing content
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses

7. Your Data

7.1 You retain full ownership of all data you upload to FeedBoards ("User Data").

7.2 By uploading data, you grant FeedBoards a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not train AI models on your User Data without your explicit consent.

7.4 Dashboard data is stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. You may delete any dashboard at any time from your account.

7.5 Upon account deletion, all your User Data and dashboards are permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by FeedBoards and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

8.3 The FeedBoards name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

9. Shared Dashboards

9.1 When you share a dashboard link, you are responsible for who you share it with.

9.2 Trial plan dashboards are always publicly accessible via their link. Pro and Agency plan users may set dashboards to private.

9.3 We are not responsible for the content of shared dashboards or for unauthorized access to links you have shared.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Sheets (Google LLC), Stripe (Stripe Inc.), Supabase, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.3 Dashboards generated by AI are based on algorithmic analysis and may not be accurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any dashboards before sharing them with clients or making business decisions based on them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeedBoards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FeedBoards from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Data, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@feedboards.com or using the account deletion option in settings.

14.2 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund.

14.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
